No, the cape hangs quite well as is. But I was confused by the original description on sideshow's site which stated that the exclusive version had a wired cape to aid in posing. My cape did not come with a wire so I just wanted to see if everyone else's was like that as well.

Thanks for the reply. Makes me feel much better. However, the description on their website did mention a wired hem in the cape for more poseability.
