Got my ex today. Unfortuneatly, her head will not connect to the body because of the same side of the magnet. Pissed me off. long waited for this statue, now going to be another 2 - 3 weeks for the replacement. How can this slipped out of Quality control?

Sorry, I put everything back in the styrofoam box and sealed it, and ready to send it back to SS. It is a very nice statue. Super clean paint job form head to toe. Especially paint apps on her head, her eyes are all lined up. Like I said, I hate to send it back cause it will take another 3 weeks for replacement. I am so ready to display her. Hope They will just send me just the head part only.

On another hand, I also received Jedi Luke PF along with my Talon Today. He looks better than I expected(except the light issue that everyone has been complaining about. But that's fine with me).

I had a crappy paintjob on my regular head when I bought the Asajj Ventress exclusive. They just sent me a whole new head. Didn't ask me to send it back or anything.

Did they email you and asked for a pic?
Mine is the magnet issue. no one knows if the magnet is flipped the wrong side on the body, or the head side. I am pretty sure i have to send the whole thing back.

Nope. I explained the problem and they sent me a new one.

It sucks that you have to return it when all you have to do is flip one of those magnets. I bet you could get it out with some glue solvent.

Yeah, but I don't want to mess is up, and SS will not responable for it.
Matter of fact, when i got my Anakin PF a couple years back, The batery holder came off and I had to send it back to SS. It happen again on my replacement. so I decided to fixed it myself instead of send it back again. It was an easy fix. But again, I don't want to mess up this one.

To anyone who got the EX version - shouldn't the cape have a wired hem? Mine did not and not sure if its defective or not.

The cape is not wired. Only her front "aprons".

The cape doesn't just fall?
Do you get a sense that the cape will begin to curl after a while?

No, the cape hangs quite well as is. But I was confused by the original description on sideshow's site which stated that the exclusive version had a wired cape to aid in posing. My cape did not come with a wire so I just wanted to see if everyone else's was like that as well.

So, didn't this just come out? I checked ebay and noticed people had buy it now of like $400+. I thought one had to pre-order this.Did these people just pre-order it, then throw it up on ebay to make a profit? I have never ordered off Sideshow's website so I am not sure how this works.

Ya I think they just pre-orderd this knowing they would sell it right away.

This happens with pretty much every sideshow piece, unless it is not popular. Then they just cancel their order with sideshow.

Congrats to all who got this piece. I hope to get her one day.
