Right now there's never been a better time to be a 66 Batman collector. Mars Toys have made Riddler and Joker which are still available. They're releasing Alfred and Penguin. Saturn Toys (also MT) last year made Batman and Robin but that seems less available now. Jazzinc are making the '68...

What gripes me about HT Artisan's are that it's so basic, aside from Ledger Joker and Jack Sparrow which were the most expensive, the rest are barebones - Harley SS and this Bucky. The display base is unthoughtful, sometimes you get genuine leather, no die-cast, minimal accessories.
