i want in on this figure now, keen to build the 66 line. I recall a post on JI facebook about offering a signed (from Julie Newar) and numbered edition, but can't seem to find it now. Is that still going to be the plan?
That’s the first I’ve heard of that but an autograph would be a great bonus. There’s not much time left - Julie is 91 years old.
I recently saw an interview Julie Newmar did with CBS Mornings - still vibrant as ever (for her age), seems like a cool lady.
I thought he said he wouldn’t be doing those because the existing figures are so good. I mean there are definite improvements to be made on Batman and Robin, better costuming, unmasked sculpts and more accessories.Any word from Jazzinc about doing a 66 Batman and/or Joker? of my best bet is trying to search the HT Batman and Mars Joker

That was my recollection too. I know there was talk of Joost doing 66 Bruce Wayne & Dick Grayson, but I understood that to include Batman & Robin with more accurate sculpts, body proportions & costumes. I am thinking these discussions took place during interviews with SixScaleMafia and/or One Sixth Scale Man.If I recall that was only said about Romero Joker (presumably Riddler and Penguin too). JazzInc still plans on making Batman and Robin.
I need Batman and Robin at the very least, but I plan on getting more 66 figs.If I recall that was only said about Romero Joker (presumably Riddler and Penguin too). JazzInc still plans on making Batman and Robin.
Is there a shortage of these guys? I feel like a few companies are tackling this property. Maybe I'm wrong idk.I need Batman and Robin at the very least, but I plan on getting more 66 figs.
Right now there's never been a better time to be a 66 Batman collector. Mars Toys have made Riddler and Joker which are still available. They're releasing Alfred and Penguin. Saturn Toys (also MT) last year made Batman and Robin but that seems less available now. Jazzinc are making the '68 variant of the '66 Batmobile and the Batcyle, and have plans to make Newmar Catwoman. No indication of Batgirl from any company yet.Is there a shortage of these guys? I grew up watching this show around 4-5 yrs old and it nvr clicked for me. Idk.They visually looked absurd to me, even then.
Seems fair..
I get the love for it, no doubt.
Guess I'm financially thankful lol
A display full of Icons. I dig it.Right now there's never been a better time to be a 66 Batman collector. Mars Toys have made Riddler and Joker which are still available. For me, 66 isn't my era, I grew up watching 89 and 95, but I want to collect at least Batman and Robin, Alfred, Batgirl, and the 68 mobile), I'm thinking having this iconic representation in a display would look nice and fit in with my modern era DC Batman stuff. The hindrance now is waiting for a Batman and Robin 2.0.

Look forward to Mars "Dual Face".
Yeah that's not coming in Q1. Lol.
Edit: wrong thread apparently. Apologies.
I’m guessing Dual Face won’t come until October-December, and that comment about him being “finalized” this quarter was referring to his prototype being finalized; they previously mentioned in a facebook comment that they were fixing the suit color, and updating the hair sculpt.
