hello i emailed them a returns form all filled out and got a reply notice saying they will contact me with in 7 days, ive now requested a call back as im in the uk.

Well it's been 7 working days today and still no reply from sideshow regarding the missing shoulder armor

Any one else had a reply from sideshow about missing pieces?

My right shoulder un damaged armor was missing from the box and that was an ex, emailed sideshow nothing yet

recieved mine today excellent figure only problem is the right shoulder armor is missing, not sure what to do now as it was brought from sideshow, would i have to sent the whole figure back or will the ship me the missing part?

got mine today im in the uk and sideshow only shipped last thursday very impressed with the service and the figure, the only problem i had was the left shoulder cannon had popped right out of the shoulder and that was well fiddley to get back in

mine says items shipping soon and they havent even charged my card yet, im in the uk and this didnt happen when i got the t800

mine arrived today from sideshow via fedex but there is nothing about a customs fee should i be worried or have i escaped it?
