The scuff marks on the helmet were so heavy that they looked like cracks or scratches in the plastic.

So I got my replacement head from BBTS, and... IT'S ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I can now safely say that the original head was in fact painted wrong.

Well, I decided to email BigBadToyStore to see if they'll let me exchange it for another one. Considering the amount of money I've spent on their website over the years, I'm inclined to believe they will allow it. We shall see on Monday.

It does feel smooth. It's just kinda weird looking is all.

Is this normal? The amount of weathering seems to be quite a bit more than any other I've seen on the internet.
