Very cool. The amount of creatures, landscapes, and ships designs that went into SW is truly amazing to me.

These art books are really BIG, some of the biggest books I own, much bigger than Star Wars Chronicles and regular Star Wars Blueprints. And there is a ton of cool pictures there, all the beautiful sketches and drawings McQuarrie did for Star Wars when imagining the spectacular visuals for this universe.

Many years ago James Earl Jones was kind enough to sign a MR wide plaque already signed by Dave Prowse. But over time his signature started to fade away, Prowse one was still like the first day. On 2nd September this year I sent the plaque with the fading signature to Mr. Jones kindly asking him to resign it. He indeed signed it and here it is, he is always so great with his fans :)

A vintage and very cool book arrived - Star Wars Technical Journal. I used to have 2 of the three magazines that comprised this book: Tatooine and The Rebel Forces, but I missed The Imperial Forces magazine. Now I have them all in one single hardcover book :)

Indeed. :) The author owns some unique items. He has Han Solo's Hero Stormtrooper helmet, an ESB Stormtrooper armor and helmet, a TIE Helmet, various Rebel pilots helmets (Y-wing, A-wing etc.), a lot of alien masks (Cantina aliens or from Jabba's palace), ANH screen used Vader mask (the one everyone thought it was long lost), ROTJ Vader suit, many studio scales like AT-AT, A-wing, Snowspeeder, speederbike etc., plus a lot of vintage figures and cards and original art. Like I said the book is quite unique, a must have for a collector who is really interested in genuine original Star Wars props, and not just in what MR or EFX released.

Those are screen used props?

Everything you see in that book is screen used. He owns a huge collection of screen used props from Star Wars, but also from countless other movies: Star Trek, Blade Runner, Terminator, Predator, Aliens, Robocop, Jaws, BTTF, LOTR etc. - which were presented in his other book:

The Christmas present I just received thanks to my girl - Fallkniven A1Pro knife, one of the best survival knives in the world, with a cool Star Wars touch to it :) :

It comes with a superb black ABS gun box and the well known Fallkniven DC4 diamond sharpening stone:

That's a very nice fixed blade. The only problem I would have is taking it out in the woods and actually using it. My collector mind always wants to keep my knives mint lol.

Thanks. :) The thing is I'm not a knife collector, but I'm (re)building my camping and hiking gear for next year, when I intend to take some trips. I do have a few knives like Mora, Ka-Bar, Cold Steel etc., which will most likely will see the hardship of camping chores. The Fallkniven A1Pro is now connected with the Star Wars universe with that laser etched Imperial logo on the blade made by the guys at Fallkniven. In the end it is an expensive knife, we got it directly from Fallkniven - Sweden, and it might stay pristine unless is really needed. When it might be needed though, I will easily know that it is one heck of a knife (the regular A1 is used by many US special operations personnel, and the F1 model was adopted by the Swedish Air Force).
