My fav probably the dog alien bust.. but we'll see after i collect the pred1 life size bust in august yeah that big chap going crazy on price these days.

I redid the weathering on mine to look more like what's seen on screen.
I might add some more damage and weathering all-over.

It's actually a quite complicated pattern to replicate with both reddish/brownish and black tones.
But I really want this mask to look its best.

Anyone else doing a repaint of their mask?

Nice job, I wouldn't add damage, that should be as it was. But better paint is always a good thing on these masks. Which reminds me, I really should repaint my Celtic bio soon or move it on to make space...

Thanks! ..yeah, hehe didn't mean adding actual damage to it.. (the mask is perfect in that way) but rather add more scorch marks, light scratches and such with paint..
But it's not easy to find good pictures of every angle of this mask, so a lot og it would be added by guessing..

The Cool Props weathering was alright for a mass-produced item, but it was obvious in several places that a brush was used to add it.. I tried to obtain a more natural look by lightly paint the different tones with the brush, and carefully blend them together with my fingers.. the pictures doesn't show it very well, but there's quite a lot of brownish, copper, redish tones added allover..

Would like to see a repaint of that Celtic!..

Saw this in person serveral times.
It's truely a great piece! The details are very sharp and paint app is just incredible. It's far better than any of my sideshow or HCG predator mask...I mean, far better.
