Quick update. Airbrushed the undercoat and sealed with Matt clear coat a couple days ago.

Then started to add the highlights today which was more time consuming than expected. Took me a couple hours just to get this far with the highlights which im no where near done with. Gonna try and finish up the highlights during the week then onto the base coat hopefully by the weekend

Thanks man. Hoping it does turn out special which is why I'm taking my time on this project. Little by little but it's coming along.

Completed the highlights during the week and today I was able to start and finish the basecoat. The lighting in my garage is too bright so its difficult to take a pic where you can see the shading. In natural sunlight it looks great. Now on to the reds and yellows for the "S", undies and boots.

Moved him to another corner of my garage and changed the light bulb. This is .ore or less how he looks in natural lighting.

Looks great, you want lots of subtle layers so it looks natural anyway

Thought I'd share an update for my Hush Superman repaint in this thread. I just unmasked the entire statue and still need to finish the final touch ups so it's still a WIP but overall I'm just about done.

if the heat vision portrait doesn't sit all the way in flush like the other heads (small part of the neck/chest corner sticks out), is there a way to fix that?
