Got a question about the 1/12 figs (I know this thread says 1/4 but I can't find any more appropriate).

I got a Shotgun armor one and the lights don't work. I tried rotating the batteries, no dice. I wanted to get replacements but can't figure out the type these are. Does anyone know what replacement batteries I should buy?

I'm not sure if he explains what batteries are in it.

Royce12, is it possible to attach the head of Hot Toys 1/4 war machine or iron patriot bust to PI iron patriot body? The only thing that prevents me from buying PI besides the price is the eyes is very wide and not accurate.

If you can show me that it is possible then I may consider PI 1:4 iron patriot or even war machine

The heads on the Hot Toys 1/4 busts are not removable unfortunately.
