Finally got a notification from Sideshow.
Credit card will be charged next week for Supes. So he is ready to ship.

Maybe someone will do a repainting.

I have to see this statue in real life before I can say something about if it's too "metallic/glossy". But maybe something between the Batman matte finish and this one would be perfect.

But we have to wait till the first in hand pictures.

Got mine coming in soon too. Will post pics when I get it. Hope it’s not overtly glossy but I think they’ve toned down the gloss anyway since this was first announced. We’ll see.

That's funny.

There's no 1/4 piece from a reputable manufacturer retailing for $400 USD.

Even when starting collecting 4 years ago, I don't think any 1/4 pieces from Sideshow were that price (and most of them were smaller than the total space this piece takes up).

Heck even Sideshows new 1/5 scale Spider-Man piece is $400!
