Hey guys,
Wanted to post a quick update.....

I'll be sending out payment requests for the Newt figures soon. Sorry I haven't done this already, but I really need to get some of the other stuff I have outstanding here on the board before I dive into another project. I'm doing a juggling act as it is with Crow and Batman figures and I don't want to juggle my way into a bad reputation on this board

My list is up to date, I believe. Please keep in mind, pjam's original list is only a guide! If you want on the list you have to send me an email.

The sculpted hair version will likely be available right as the rooted versions start rolling out, as I'm doing the sculpt now.

A bit later than promised, but here is the sculpt for the cast hair version of Newt. It won't give a great impression overall, I know. Building a figure, covering it in plastic and using it as an armature is the best way to sculpt cast wigs. It will give you the details of the sculpt itself, though. Hope you like it.

Yeah, I like it better than the rooted. I think it could be a little messier looking -- it has a sort of "shampoo ad" flowing hair look to it in places, but it should be good with the final figure.

Profile looks good! Maybe some tweaks to tone down the fullness or whatever. But looks better than I expected and it sits nicely on the head.

whats the sculpted hair actually made off ?.
With it going over the shoulders will it stop the articulation when turning left and right ?.
To me its quite important for when shes in ripleys arms.

After seeing your sculpted hair for Newt Shawn, I may change my choice from the yarn rooted hair to the molded hair. But, I'd like to see the finished model of Newt with the molded hair first before deciding whether to change my choice or not. Thanks!
