I’m kinda proud of this one. I had been tinkering with ideas since I ordered Inart’s Gandalf.

It’s a multi-position stand with a detached and moveable plaque allowing for full 360 degree viewing possibilities and a center mounted support rod which is all but hidden on display. Some separate rocks for covering post holes when not in use too.

This is incredible! amazing work as always Coco! :clap Love all the possible display options

I can't remember - have you ever done a real wood display base for the black pearl rudder that came with the DX06? I guess we'll have to wait and see but I wonder if it would work the same for the new DX/Artisan Jack Sparrow 🤔

I’m thinking the Vader DX28 would look good on this as well.

@Gipetto0812 Thanks! I don’t think I’ve ever made a ship stand for Jack any larger than about 5x7.

@McHaleyArt Vader for sure. And I’m thinking many others too just by changing the paint scheme and maybe a few other things. Luke and/or Luke and a Tusken for instance. Lots of possibilities I think.
I think I’m gonna need it!

Yeah that stand is brilliant. I don’t have Gandalf but pondering in Moria is how I would have displayed him and that’s perfect for that. Can’t wait to see what variations you come up with on that one. Probably will need to add it to my list eventually.

Any interest in doing a Mandalore double stand for the newly released Mauldalorian Commando and Maul himself?

Possibly. Post an image of the terrain that would work for those when you get a chance or let me know the episode they’re in together and I’ll give it a watch.

Any interest in doing the Council Chamber floor like what Hot Toys has for the Fisto figure? Could go well with all the Jedi they’ve done - Fisto, Windu, Qui-Gon, Yoda, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka. Maybe more if they put a few more out. Might even be able to do different positions on the floor.

Would be neat to put some Jedi on this type of stand together.

Not at this time I don’t. I have to outsource the decal since I don’t have a way to produce those.

I thought these swap out plaque stands would work really well for the LOTR line. You can mix and match and move figures with their respective plaques from one environment to the other and from the climbing rock stand to one with a flatter surface for normal posing. I plan on adding some LOTR specific environment styles to the mix as well.

Hi Coco

You every tried a rooftop stand along the lines of the dlx red / blue suit Spiderman from NWH

Not to that degree. I have made wall mounted rooftop stands for 6” figures in the long ago past though. They were a simple gravel top, like you see Batman drag the thief across in the 1989 movie, with a stone ledge. I plan on making one similar to it as a display base for 89 Batman.

Any interest in doing just a plain grass field? I know you have some grassy landscapes, but was thinking one without rocks would be cool to get away from the forrest/hills type of look. Was thinking of putting Theoden and Eomer on a grass field for a Pelennor Fields display, especially if the grass could be that dormant color.
