On a side note, I messaged them and asked if they were looking at other periods such as modern and Vietnam. Platoon, Tears of the Sun, Black Hawk Down, etc... They said they were looking at Vietnam.

Medic Wade arrived and while I didn't set him up, I only took a few quick photos of the head sculpt, which in my opinion is fantastic.

Don't let my usual mediocre photos fool you. This is, in my opinion, Facepool's best head sculpt in their entire "SPR" line.

My "SPR" collection is pretty much complete now. Feels good to complete a line.

At this point, it would be just a replacement head sculpts for me. Same goes for Upham, which neither DiD nor Facepool captured Jeremy Davies well enough.

Same here. I'm satisfied right now with having the whole team. I wouldn't mind an updated Horvath or Upham sculpt either.

Just received mine today. Looks pretty good overall, but I think his face is a bit elongated and narrower than it should be. Pretty happy regardless.

I feel like Facepool Figures headsculpts dont look as good in person from the prototype photos. I've had two FP figures which I've since sold and both of them was disappointed I the heads. Mg42 gunner ardennes and lssah hungary 1945 ones

For me its the best in the FP series SPR. Not brilliant bnm but good enough to join my DID figures. Any upgrades produced would be welcome for Reiben, Horvarth and Upham imo.......

Yes that’s the plan.

They're also re-issuing FP009 Wardaddy.

Wade is FP010 so if they're working backwards, which is strange, then I'd guess they'll re-do FP007 German MG42 Gunner since he's the third member of Kamfgruppe Hansen. (The FP015 pair just released).


Because the latest wording says, "...another chance to complete your ranger team", it seems reasonable to assume that the whole series will be done again (FP001 US Ranger Captain Miller; FP003 US Ranger Private Sniper Daniel Jackson; FP004 US 29th Infantry Technician Corporal Upham and FP006 US 101st Airborne Private Ryan).

I wasn't collecting WWII figures as extensively first time round so this is a good opportunity to pick them up.

I thought they'd made more from Band of Brothers but it was DID who took the lead on that. They only did FP002 Winters and FP012 Buck, though have confirmed more are coming this year:
