I only realised from H1mcgdnrc's post in the Caparzo thread that Mellish was in the back of that group photo.

He wasn't in my list of their released figures because he didn't show up as a normal release.

Mellish's sculpt was included with FP004B, the deluxe version of Upham, and his uniform and equipment were sold separately:
