Very tempting but i can't help thinking about the dirty move Hot Toys did with their Exclusive Wolverine and the quick price hike in between releases that followed.

Certainly looks authentic to Rebels - with the extra chimaera symbol on the pauldron this appears to be one of Thrawn's troopers specifically, would have thought they'd make a bigger deal of that

As an indication, retail for this at Hot Toys store is HKD 1080. Add the usual markup to determine what Sideshow and other retailers will charge for this.

I would likely have too. Today, with all the experience gathered in the last two decades, i foresee the disappointment of unfinished lines and beloved characters never to be offered.
