Was probably top 3 wanted 2.0 figures, along with Winter Soldier and Black Widow (Sculpted Hair).

Well, if Sideshow does put up a PO, I would put the order in with them and then contact your CC company for a charge back instead of going through paypal or asking TW to cancel. That’s what I did when TW kept giving me excuses about delays and I got my money back really quick

I ordered from TW, but then cancelled within the 30 day money back window, and ordered through Kit. As of 3-4 days ago it is on its way to me.
I am pretty sure I saw it on TBA for the same price as TW, but not sure if you can get your money back, but you can get store credit and perhaps use it on something/s in stock?

Unfortunately I paid through Paypal credit, so working through them is my only option.

I put myself in this position so will just have to let it play out... not giving into the D23 Spidey hype is a start (that figure is in no way worth $550+) but I really need to cut off any future orders from Hong Kong resellers.

Need to be more patient and just order from Sideshow or BBTS.

They are totally scamming people.

Like I said, you know damn well when you are getting figures when you are reselling them and they most likely oversold them and now can't fulfill orders, even after jacking the price up more and more as they sold them.

So shady and I am kicking myself for ordering it from them.

I think they noticed a lot of comments like this, meaning that they’re a reseller so they should know about what stock they have. I saw on their IG the other day that they posted a couple pics on their story of a delivery truck dropping off product to them like if they were a retailer getting stock in. To me it’s just all to try to protect the facade that “your order is safe” for anyone who may not be in the know.

I’m in same boat. I sent email earlier as well putting them on notice for charging 1st batch rates for a product they (within my email) confirmed was released. I mentioned then I should have my product or they are indeed guilty of shady practices that the community blast them for…. Curious their reply

The rest of the email was standard copy and paste "customer service" bullshite.

I thought they would have done so today assuming a spreading out of exclusive Shanghai announcements. Mark 46 Monday, Cap Wednesday or Friday, Chrome Stormtrooper Wednesday or Friday.

This is what I got from them yesterday…

I got the same email. i questioned batches and high premium when batches werent part of the order description. Now they dont have stock to supply their orders they blame batches. the question wasnt even answerwd simply a response if i wish to cancel and a link. Stirring the pot further, i asked why they didnt answer my questions and offered cancellation as an option. Waiting to see if i get a reply or another cancellation offer and waive of my nrd….doubt it but having a little fun with them
