As someone who owns the original Stealth Cap (and heavily modified it), this is a huge improvement over the original stock figure. It's basically Endgame Cap with the stealth suit, which isn't a bad starting point- there's some decent deltoid/trap definition as well as some narrowing to the waist. Not perfect, but much better than the original release (and slightly better than my modded version). The helmeted head being a bit too small doesn't help though.
The one nitpick I have (which others have called out) is the gap between the chest star and stripes- the stripes should end much closer to the star. That's excusable if they were working based on pre-production costume photos, but this movie came out years ago, so there's no excuse for getting that so wrong. Between that and the proportions only looking slightly better than my current figure, I'm probably passing on this, but it's nice to see an updated version of this outfit for those who passed on the original.
And I fully expect this to show up on Sideshow for (pre-)order. When HT had store-exclusive items in the past, I think the only ones that never made it to Sideshow were repaints of existing figures (i.e., the Mark XLII re-release or chrome Midas). With something like this that has new tooling/tailoring, I can't see them limiting this to just 250 units in China.
