That crushed Dark Trooper looks so sad.....
Plenty of time to decide between this and Bespin Luke.I wasn’t going to order at first but I think the movable eyes will help capture the redone hamill cgi that was used on the Mandalorian.
I’m glad they didn’t just use the old ROTJ Luke head and called it the new deluxe Jedi version
I’ll be ordering
but seriously..2022-2023 release
Haha yeah I somehow managed to have 3 R2D2's in the collection over the years. Had SS first, then got a good deal on the metal dome ST version, then had to get the Deluxe R2, just because I thought he could be the last in a while.I felt like an ***** for buying a second hot toys r2. I’m still an *****, but I’m glad I have it now. Also, enough mandalorian for me, thanks. Let’s get some missing ot/cw/pt figures up for the next few months. This was the release I was waiting for and it’s fine with me if they take a break for a while. The redemption of Luke skywalker. Now let’s redeem bespin han and C3po.
Wait... I forgot about the 638 mandalorian figures shown at the con.
I mentioned this earlier, but I wish they could have designed the Dark Troopers that the torso and legs were able to be split.
Then you could put one in 2 pieces on the floor, or fit this crushed torso to the legs of a standard Dark Trooper.
Would look better than this torso on a pole.

I'm in the same camp. I'll be making my own Mando Luke from my existing ROTJ Luke. Custom cape or perhaps re-colouring the brown cape.Personally I don’t see what there is to get excited about this release if you already own either of the previous ROTJ Lukes. I already have the first ROTJ and deluxe Endor figures so I am more than set. If anything I may pick up the new head sculpt and cloak down the line. Sure, the outfit is slightly different underneath but you would never be able to tell with the cloak on anyways. And I already have like 5 Grogus at this point too
Yeah sure, whatever they would need to do. Just having it on a pole like that looks a bit weird. On the ground is also an option I guess, but not so visible.I think it would turn into a mess. Anytime HT gets a little cute, like with Cody's arm there are usually problems. I'm happy with the torso as is, but I think if you want a complete force crushed dark trooper HT would have to go full measure and just make a separate figure.

Same here. Mando finale was not only an unforgettable Star Wars moment for me, but also a highlight in an otherwise ****** year.
That would make too much sense.I mentioned this earlier, but I wish they could have designed the Dark Troopers that the torso and legs were able to be split.

That's also a cool idea.Yeah I'm glad he's got the destroyed Dark Trooper, it was something I'd speculated they could include. This is way bigger than I thought, I do wish you could swap parts out like you said. Like take the arm or the head and swap it onto a regular Dark Trooper. But this thing has batteries and electronics in it, so I doubt they'll go that way. I'm kind of hoping Hasbro does a 12" $20 plastic Dark Trooper that I can mangle up.
Nice. What cloak is that you have ?My placeholder till i get the new one

Can't not see this when looking at it tbh with ya...I mentioned this earlier, but I wish they could have designed the Dark Troopers that the torso and legs were able to be split.
