From my understanding of using them over the last few years, MD only has 1-2 when they do a breakdown, compared to TA that does like 3-5. So their stuff sells fast.

Someone that wants both the sculpt and hair could just buy a Snowspeeder Luke when Sideshow has it for 15-25% off.

Easy to sell the rest of the figure to someone wanting to make other Snowspeeder pilots. Or make yourself a Wedge, Dak, Zev, Wes, or Hobbie.

Only when their stock starts to dwindle do they go down to 1-2, at least from my experience. When the initial part outs happen, they do about 5 at a time. The last time I bought stands from them, I got 4 Dark Trooper stands and that's only b/c they limited the per order amount. I tired to put more in my cart but it wouldn't allow it.

Hmm. I'm sure it varies on what is broken down and how many they have. For stands I bet they had more to sell.

I understand what you're saying but they have to break down a full figure. They don't just get a bunch of stands in-stock and therefore have more to sell. I was using that as an example b/c obviously the heads tend to sell quickly, so it's difficult to gauge just from that one item how many they actually broke down. But, if you look at the quantity of other, less popular parts of the same breakdown, that's usually a good indicator of how many they actually broke down at that time.

Has anyone shown this new sculpt on the Snowspeeder Luke with Helmet?

The old sculpt doesn't bother me when he's all helmeted up, and I think the open mouth actually works well there, gives him more of a sense of action. But curious to see the pairing nonetheless.

Haven't seen any in hand pics with the Snowspeeder Luke helmet. Just the on below from HT when the DX24/25 Bespin Luke was reveleaed

I bought an extra snowspeeder sculpt for my toothy endor Luke and it made a world of difference. That endor teeth sculpt was terrible and now I actually like the endor figure.

That’s the hairpiece he comes with, I just added a little extra volume in the edit per my note at the bottom.
