I hate how Weaver freaks out about them in the 1986 interviews, especially the ones included in the documentary. You're playing a character, not yourself. Get over it.

What source do you actually have for this information? I ask because I see a lot of people seemingly talking off the cuff over these so-called gun rules for Sigourney figures but I've never seen any actual proven facts. I know she campaigned for no guns in Alien 3 but then a few years later she did A:Res which had plenty.

When Mcfarlane was trying to get her likeness for their Movie Maniacs line they posted an interview with her explaining the whole reason we weren't getting a Ripley. Neca eventually tried for the rights and ran into the same problem. I don't have those interviews but If you google Sigourney likeness rights you'll find some disappointing info. I seriously hope she's changed her mind and we get a weapon heavy Ripley from the end of Aliens. But from what I know it's not going to happen.

HT just needs to release a Ripley w/Powerloader and then a Newt figure that comes with Pulse Rifle and flamethrower duct taped together as a "bonus accessory."

Exactly.. I wonder why HT is not making a queen alien.

I guess it's due to her size but I hope someday they will make one.

NECA's Queen, in the 7-inch scale, is over 30 inches long. A HT Queen would be well over 50, 55 inches long. Not gonna happen.

Well then there is no need for a PL ripley They should just focus on doing a classic alien and maybe the rest of
the nostromo crew.

When HT make Gorman, Apone, Hicks, Drake, Vasquez, Hudson, Ferro, Spunkmeyer, Frost, Dietrich, Crowe, Wierzbowski, Bishop and Newt...we'll be wanting that Ripley.

We haven't seen anything to indicate that they are doing any of that though, imagine getting the likeness rights
for all those actors/characters.

I know it's kinda off topic but I would love to see the alien from alien isolation. I love its animalistic design.
