I'll wait for in hand pics. I have the sideshow r2 so I passed on HT version but if this is a much dirtier wash maybe I could go for this but its still the same problem that I originally had. I'm not very concerned with dome shininess.

Looking forward to taking my new $250+ R2 figure with his stable, 3-legged design and balancing him on that cheap ass flight stand. It probably only stays upright during the autumnal equinox lol...

3PO is far too AOTC specific so I'll wait for a future version of him but might pick up this R2.

Looks identical to the ANH version, but with grime.

The only physical difference is the ability to swap out the jets on the legs.

Crazy to see the price increase. The deluxe was $243 on sideshow and came with more stuff. This one is, what, $280? Thankfully I had a $20 off coupon that expired later today and was able to use it on this.

It seems this basically is HT OT R2 w/ some different accessories and more
dirt on it.
Do you think this will be a re-use of the OT one, to the point that it will also have the
sliding panel where the Dagobah energy generator plugs in? That would make this the
perfect Dagobah R2.
