Yup. That's why I mentioned this is a big reason I stopping buying from Sideshow. I only got Wick with them because I dropped the ball and missed the PO window with Kit. I feel like there's more bad than good with going through Sideshow the last few years.
My understanding is that they charge when the boat carrying the figures gets to the dock, not when it's offloaded or on the way to the warehouse to be sent out. Which seems to make sense, honestly. A delay once or twice is fine but this seems to be regular occurrence with Sideshow these days.
I hear you. I was giving Sideshow the benefit of the doubt that maybe UPS has been affected by the wildfires. Anyway, I agree with waiting til the figure gets in and shipping labels are ready before charging for the orders. The past month or so I've been contemplating on whether I even wanted this figure anymore, so the longer Sideshow takes to ship it out, the higher chances of me reaching out and canceling my order especially since I've already been charged. It's not that I'm impatient, I'd just prefer to put the $ towards another preorder invoice I'm expecting this week. I'll probably give it til Friday. If it's not shipped by then I'll call Sideshow directly and cancel.
