Oh God, I remember when people had their DX02 and everyone who bought the MMS felt left behind, only for the abs to leak with the "At least my MMS doesn't leak!" but then the DX12 came out and the DX02 fans were justifying how the DX02 actually suits the DX01 Joker better!

After that, the obsession to get the DX12 right with tons of mods, only for smug idiots to get the Armory and everyone who had the DX12 started looking into custom sculpts, only for smug idiots like myself spent more money to get those rare Medicom RAH head on the Armory, effectively having the best TDK figure at the time. Then the DX19 was announced and this cycle of constant upgrades will continue for at least another 15 years with variants until the DX56.

The Dark Knight fans are the worst, which includes myself! I'm part of this problem!

Speaking on that, it's sort of crazy to think of how I've bought and eventually sold every single Nolanverse Batman (never got the Armory 1.0 and the recent Batman Begins figure). Yet, here I am, heavily considering buying another whether that's HT or InArt

Looks the same to me. TDK armory on display is the first time seeing the full figure of Batman with the new suit and cowl on display.

Seems you are absolutely right. Maybe it's the same "HT's overly stylized product photos vs seeing it in normal lighting" situation here. Looking good anyway. Waiting for IA's take and reveal now.

One thing I don't like about Inart is their figures are smaller in height so you can't pair them well with Hot Toys. I know it's not their fault Hot Toys oversizes their figures.

I will get the Rises one, i can't wait that long for the other options. But once HT releases TDK one, maybe i might also grab it for the Armory and Bruce Wayne since it's a different figure. I will display one batman in the armory and one as a full figure. We will see how it turns out.

cape looks to drape really well though. Just needs to be futzed better. Wayne sculpt looks a little better there but that could be b/c it's blurry

Definitely looks better in the video. Looks less like a vampiric ghoul the announcement photos made him out to look like but I think it's the warmer toned lighting Sideshow is using here that's helping.

His suit material unfortunately looks too thick though. Especially when you compare it to the custom above and how flat the lapels lay.
