1/6 Hot Toys - TMS003 - MARVEL: Daredevil - Daredevil Collectible Figure

Hard to predict with Hot Toys. I would guess pre-orders for Daredevil, and possibly Punisher if/when released (I think it will be) would impact that decision. But given that these characters aren't the most visually exciting, my guess at this point would be no. Honestly, I don't think I would buy black guy with yellow shirt, white guy with open green shirt and tattoo, and woman wearing black pants and black leather jacket.

At least in Luke cage's case (and I guess in a way Jessica Jones' case) his defender's get up will be pretty close to his modern comic costume. At least enough that you could put him on the shelf and feel like you had Luke Cage and not like a variant. Even if yellow shirt and jeans isn't necessarily the most exciting.

I would gladly buy the each of the Defenders as well as Elektra and Punisher 1/6th figures. Not sure if Hot Toys will make them though because yes some of the costumes/ outfits are not as has been said before they are not exciting at all.

When it comes to character, Jessica Jones > Black Widow. Something about street level characters that are more interesting to me. I'd love to have a whole squad. Perhaps they won't be as big of sellers as the Avengers, so maybe HT can do a limited edition of certain characters.

The more I get into this hobby, the more i'm starting to like the more "civilianized" (for lack of a better term) heroes. For me, they look less like toys I suppose. So yes, I would buy the entire Defenders lineup including Elektra and Kingpin if they are released.

Well they did announce him along with the DD figure so I presumed it would be from DD S2, but maybe they'll do it for his show when that finally hits.
