1. How the hell does this nameplate not say ARC TROOPER JESSE?!!! I mean, really.

[And that's what I want on the plate: "ARC TROOPER JESSE?!!!" just like that, to mess with people]

2. Kama weathering: OMG MILDEW!!!! *panic sets in* ok, looking at pix this seems like just weathering to me. It will give you a start when you pull him out of the box though.

3. This heavier armor is really this guy is such a badass.

4. Beautiful headsculpt - but surpass Cody, no. He does not.

Will be posing him later Wednesday, he's just out of the box tonight. Will he in fact dual wield....? We shall see.

The more of these guys you get, the more you want.

His helmet is like Cody's, it has the actual inset eyeshield. That is the coolest little touch.

I'm wondering the same thing, but the weirdest thing to me is that they put him as a coupon option almost immediately when he went in stock on SS. That always concerns me a bit because there's others that have been out much longer that haven't been added to any coupon options. Does that mean anything? Idk but he is such an amazing figure. I mean, they knocked it out of the park for the most part. I hope we get more and I don't see why we wouldn't. Fingers crossed

Personally, I think SS has a huge backlog of HT figs and is just trying to move whatever they can. Being a new release, if they throw a coupon at him they might move more before he falls behind in the catalog of figs. I don’t think there’s a pattern, they just want these things gone.

Jesse was solicited with other figures that had much higher production runs so he was more than likely manufactured in larger numbers.

Just means he wasn’t part of the figures that got cut short. I wouldn’t worry. It’s not necessarily indicative of the figure’s popularity or demand. I believe we’ll get more ARCs.

If SSC is making newly arrived figures "coupon eligible" before getting the figure out to the stateside retailers, that would be a little disappointing. Still waiting out here!

Nope. Not yet.

They got quite the Hot Toys load this week though. I was invoiced for Ahsoka, Hunter, Kuill and Vaughn and a friend of mine got is Clone Pilot invoice as well. Most won't ship for another week though.

I posted this in the custom clone head thread too, but I thought there might be the occasional person in this thread that might also be interested.
I got four Jesse heads in the mail today and mixed up some paint to try and match the skin tone as best I could. It was slightly lighter than stock, which was closer to Cody and Rex than Jesse is. I never realised he has three small scars just above his left cheek. It’s there on all my sculpts but with the tattoo you don’t see it as much.
This first attempt has me excited that it’s an easy way to cover up the tattoo. And also, like I said before, that this is the best Temuera Morrison likeness yet.

I’d expect that would be easy. It just depends on your own level of sculpting skill. Now that the paint is dry, I’ll put the Jango headset on this head when I get to work and see how it looks.

It looks like KGH are also catching up a little lately as well. They are still expecting a few older pieces like Mando Swoop, Blurrg, Woves and even Grogu Set released last summer but are also getting much more recent stuff such as Mando Luke, Mando Ahsoka or Chrome Mando. Could it be related to chinese factories are back up to full speed again?
