1/6 Hot Toys - TMS111 - Ahsoka series: Sabine Wren

I think this is the only Ahsoka series figure I got and I'm so happy it turned out as good as it did.

Unless there’s some crazy photo trickery it looks like they gave her double-jointed elbows that go past 90 Pleasantly surprised if so.

None of the prototype photos had that level of elbow bend, seemed like it used to be on the bo-katan / armorer body.

She looks so magnificent. My favorite character from the series and my most anticipated Hot Toys. I know a lot of people weren't keen on her in Ahsoka but she looks so good.

Now the question, is this actually released and will be shipping immediately or did Hot Toys just throw blogger pictures up to meet the end of quarter deadline? Hopefully not another Tech situation where it released right at the end of the quarter but didn't start fully shipping out for almost three months.

Everytime I see new Mando’s, my OT Boba figures just continue to look more and more outdated

She looks awesome! I think they actually sharpened her sculpt a bit. The prototype seemed softer, though it could just be the blogger pics making her look slightly different. In some shots, she looks more like Natasha now than the prototype did.

I have a few sw figures, dislike anything outside the Lucas movies but why don't the lightsabers from hot toys glow bright?

I never thought the likeness to Bordizzo was as strong as others here, but it's still close enough for me and thankfully there wasn't much of a downgrade.

And yeah great to see those double-jointed elbows. This would have been an incredibly frustrating figure to pose without them.

Because they’re tiny LEDs in a tiny hilt.

Tech released September 30th. The last day of Q3, and he was scheduled for Q3 release. According to Kit in early November, he still hadn't released to the retailers in Hong Kong, and Kit didn't end up shipping out until November 28th, whereas Sideshow is delayed until January.

Sabine releasing with a flurry of other figures the week before the end of Q4 feels fishy. Might not see her for a bit still. We'll see.

I'll admit I didn't have much interest in this figure, but wow, she actually looks really good in those photos.
My Mandalorian circle is pretty small, Bo, Din and Boba are really the only ones I care about. But now I'm thinking Sabine might just end up being part of that circle as well. That helmet design is starting to grow on me...
