i don’t know. These prices for the droids like this and r2 and r5 are kinda ridiculous considering the is no sculpt and no base.

R2 I understand, diecast, sound. R5 comes with other droids. Chopper comes with some swap out arms, and is same as a regular main character, is price creep. That head articulation looks like a ball joint. At least that center wheel is retractable, there is some engineering to it.

Expensive, but any Sideshow Thanks code works for the moment and added in some rewards to get him down to 180. This should have been around 210 since no diecast or sounds.

Was hoping the Hasbro action Chopper would work but he's a bit too big for 1/6 scale.

I’m curious what they can and can’t include from the cartoons. We know HT has the clone wars part of the Star Wars license but I’m not sure they also have Rebels. I ask because they were able to include some CW accessories with BoBF Cad Bane (rocket boots and Todo). I’d have hoped Chopper could have at least included his flight capability with the third leg even though we haven’t seen him do it on Ahsoka. Again, maybe would have been better to wait until the end in case that does happen before the last episode. Sabine could have gotten a poncho added to her load out. Not a critical loss but I’m assuming Ahsoka the White and any of her accessories are waiting for the show to wrap up first. Hopefully Thrawn, Baylan, Shin, Huyang, Marrock, and Enoch and Night Troopers aren’t far behind. And Zeb from Mando if he doesn’t show up in the finale.

Price is about what I expected so no surprises there.

I don’t think it’s an unreasonable price. A lot of new tooling that they’re not going to use again. The figure isn’t that small and I think it’s going to have a lot of clever engineering packed in.

I love Chopper and I’m happy with the figure. Add diecast and sound and it would’ve been priced higher. I’m glad they didn’t.

I'm actually hoping we don't get Thrawn from season one. I'd prefer my Thrawn in a brand new pressed and crisp uniform. If they do a season one Thrawn he will have to have the threadbare worn out uniform.

He might yet get a pristine uniform before the end of the season. If not I’m sure by the movie he would. Might also shrink his waistline a bit too.

I definitely see your point. If that happens I might have to modify my Krennic Disney Premium Elite Krennic uniform and use it on Thrawn.

I think the "movie" version will be the one to get. One thing I'm loving about the show is I can see how it is leading to the movie in a way that you don't need to have seen the show to enjoy. I'm getting strong Rogue One vibes in that the show could be the crawl for the movie.

Of course the show needs more Chopper. I'm waiting for the deleted scene where Chopper messes with Xiono
