Besides being usually the first to get figures in-hand since he can just walk down to Secret Base, his camera work is usually quite good and I appreciate that he’s not afraid to push figures to the limit even when that means sometimes damaging them.It hurt me when Regan “broke” the armor on the back. But his mistake just saved me from trying that an crunch when mine comes in.
HT have indicated that sometimes on the instructions. This is from the Black Widow Civil War sheet:Beat me to it. Really surprised to see them actually suggesting hair gel is the way to go.
Yep, his video review is up now too. I don't understand the disappointment from people because it looks great.Justin just got it delivered during a live stream a little while ago. He opened on live stream and showed the head sculpt. Between the review thats out and what Justin showed of it, she looks much better on video.
Yeah nobody has space for those wings. They'll come out for pictures but otherwise be $60 sitting in a box.The deluxe is impressive as hell but I don't think I would ever devote that much space to a figure
I think with the base allowing her to do a "fly" pose, you can always display her hovering above the others, so the space below the wings can still be filled. Unless of course you have the detolf kind of display space, or similar to that size which is kinda tight. The deluxe is impressive as hell but I don't think I would ever devote that much space to a figure
Could be above the detolf too, but then prone to dust, but I think in the detolf with the non-deluxe next to a standard WW would be okay for me.I think with the base allowing her to do a "fly" pose, you can always display her hovering above the others, so the space below the wings can still be filled. True. Dust is our enemy! Although this one will be easier for the dust to be brushed off, because her armor is not made of fabric.Could be above the detolf too, but then prone to dust, but I think in the detolf with the non-deluxe next to a standard WW would be okay for me.
The spread wings look really is so striking, though, with wider shelves and raised behind other figures like you described it would make for such an eye-catching display.
You can always sell the spread wings later when the deluxe is sold out everywhere!I'm with Justin in wishing now that I had just ordered the regular version. The extended wings look impressive and I have the space for it, but I just like the look of the folded wings so much more and that's how I'll likely have it displayed long term anyway.
