Watching the review and some of the footage from the live event the figures do look pretty good but something about the whole thing feels off, when I was watching some of the live stream footage I could've sworn Justin said those were prototypes on display and sure enough he claims to be reviewing every prototype, supposedly he had even filmed the now recalled Aragorn protoype for apparently being damaged beyong recognition in transit, an excuse I don't buy, but then in their own chinese group InArt said Justin got it wrong and he's indeed reviewing the final product.
Now I don't like to throw accusations around but that sure as hell looks like a prototype to me, main reason is what everyone has been complaining about, the head sculpts. Head sculpts during prototype development have to be bigger so when they shrink down during the molding and casting process they will be the right size, for promotional pictures heads are always downsized with photoshop but in the review video they look like any prototype I've seen, massive and out of scale.
Looking at their other figures on display I still don't think they've completely killed all competition like many are saying, the likeness on the heath sculpts seems to be lacking a bit in Justin's review especially around the eyes and their paints app certainly aren't up to par with the highest offerings in this industry but the rooted hair looked pretty good tho which is what people are paying for.
I'm not really questioning how their products will turn out tho I'm questioning their transparency and dishonest behaviour, now they're being sponsored by Justin AND Toys Wonderland both of which have been under heavy scrutiny for their shady practices, I speak from personal expirience that I do not trust Toys Wonderland and if InArt researched the market as well as they claim to have had then they would know what a bizarre and dangerous move it is to be directly associated with them.
