I would so so so love to get that rooted pack but if i cancel with sugo toys i lose $225, and thats not kinda money i can just lose. I'll just have to stick with the sculpted.

Maybe they could give you store credit at the very least? Doesn’t hurt to ask. You could at least use that towards a different purchase

I am glad these InArt figures are just not doing it for me, to be honest.

The prices are just not justified here. Some will disagree, and that's ok... but I thought the
"event" looked like a complete joke and Queen Studios as a company is taking a tumble down my respect level.

I own a couple of their statues but can't support ($800 - $1,000) basic 1/6 scale figures.
Sorry, have to draw the line somewhere and the "innovations" they are touting are just not equal to a 200% + price hike
from Hot Toys figures of the exact same characters.

The public perspective that is eating up the "FIRE" that InArt is bringing are the same people who
have been hating hard on Hot Toys for the last couple years and are just looking for someone to replace and take them out.

Again, that's all fine well and good... but in the end, money talks and I for one don't have an infinite amount to spend on a hobby.

Dont you spend extra just to import figures from Asia? Like 1 figure for like $400-$500 just to get it early.

I'll defintely contact sugo toys. I'll pre order from kit now and then cancel sugo toys honestly if i lose 225 i lose 225. Don't wanna be kicking myself down the line i skipped on getting the better version of this figure. Just wanna ask does anyone know if the prices on kits website change from currency to currency? Website is saying 1096 for the rooted hair just wondering how much it is in the US?


Edit: kit just said it's USD. in AUD thats 1735. Oof. Sad i can't do it

After discussion with the team last night, they are able to support us for extra preorders of all inart 1/6 line

So all inart 1/6 figure preorder is back up on site now

We don't have a cut-off date, they will last for probably 1-2 week for anyone who missed the preorder schedule before

I'm not rich, i was just weighing out how it would be better in the long run. But it's gonna be 1735 AUD and THAT i most definitely can't afford. I draw the line at 1000, even 700 is too much but i made an exception for these 2. But 1700 is too much, and it was over 1500 on sugo toys too, just gonna accept i can't get the rooted.

We received some inquires after the Inart show in Las Vegas, on the other hand, we've got some cancellations for some Inart preorders since March, I want to try fill up those cancellation spots while there are inquires, but I worry if we mess up order numbers, so I check with the team to see if they can help us on bit more orders just in case we make mistakes

It was 1579.95 on Sugo toys. They had sold that out long ago though. I got into this hobby in July and when i first saw it they didn't have any. It sucks the rooted is so expensive, but oh well. Yeah just gotta stick with the standard. 1580 is too much for 2 figures, even if they had it in stock i wouldn't have bought it. 1096 sounded like a great price, but thats in USD sadly

They already tried and it didn't come out as nice as their 1/4. Topo is doing a 2.0 of their outfit though so maybe it'll be good as that but I doubt it. Hard to capture that in 1/6 scale.

Daft toys 1:4 coat. It appears to be dyed. Tie is by Dino I believe, not sure about the rest.

I don't have 1700 i don't even have 1000! I'm slowly earning the money to put aside for the future payments. They really should've had an option for single rooted, quite disappointing they didn't. I'll try and get a custom sculpt down the line, or if they aren't wildly expensive the rooted head sculpts as soon as people as people start selling the parts separately (they will most likely be really expensive though)

I’ve been considering dying my daftoys coat as well, but hate the idea of ruining the orange lining.

It won’t ruin it, from my experience dying the purple coat for a bit will only tint the orange lining which makes it more accurate imo. It was kind of like a burnt orange.
