Credit to InArt though for igniting the fire under HT and JND to make theirs. It just sucks for them to have been the first and others could arguably build on top of what they started.

Could be. We'll all see when the Artisan and the JND finally drop.

I'm certain those stats will change with future hindsight.

Oh wow didn't know you sold this one for the JND. Thought you were going to wait to have both in hand. Which version did you go for? C?
That probably would have been a good idea but I was in a gambling mood. PO’ing InArt Joker was also a gamble at the time so, I u guess, something about this character just makes me want to live on the edge…

I kept the InArt jail cell figure, swappable arms and diorama, but sold the rooted coat-wearing figure, all weapons, and base (which I’d modded.)
It’s absence quickly made me realise that it was the figure I dedicated most of my staring time to.

I’ve ordered whatever the basic, single figure Kojun Joker is. Only need one figure and don’t care for the dogs or the smiling sculpt.

Inart one might be the best one still, I suspect I'll like the HT artisan one more in hand tho, the face sculpt with the teeth appeals to me more if they manage to get the hair right.. JND I've not seen in hand also but somehow the paint appearing so bland kills the whole look.

Sharing this Joker I've just seen in my feed. This is close to what I'm looking to achieve as an ideal representation.

Still, I plan to keep my rooted purple coat Inart unchanged (Well, I'll be needing the base for the custom. I suppose I'll need to look into grabbing a second Inart base if I can find one cheap. Or a good alternative for a change).

There's something special about the stock Inart figure. Despite it not being the best or the most accurate, I just like it for some reason. I don't get that same appeal with Hot Toys' or JND's.

So I padded out my Joker body since it's pretty apparent that the stock body is too skinny. The head sculpt looks particularly oversized when in the prison cell look (Shirt and vest).

I think it looks better now, he fills out the suit and overcoat much better now, but not sure if I overdid it. What does everyone think?

In any case, now that time has passed, it's pretty obvious that there's still a ton of room for improvement for a ledger Joker. When this first released at the price point it did, many people were saying this is near perfect, but it's crazy how comparing it to Hot Toys and JND shows that there's so many little things that could be improved.

Very nice looking custom. Does anyone know all the mixed parts used?

Nice work. Anybody got tips for padding? Material especially. I imagine that tape will leave residue long term, which I would rather avoid personally.

I should be getting the wonderworld set in soon. Paid it off recently. Aris said her second batch is in production now so waiting on that one as well. Curious how the two sets will look in hand.

axess noted that the outfit is the wonderworld set.

Looks like he's done some weathering to the coat. Looks nice. I'd be too scared to try that myself.
