I hope Hot Toys will make this motorcycle in DX. I will definitely buy it....

Wow! To quote Han Solo..."Where did you dig up this old fossil?"

Anyway, I think the original question was concerning a 3 3/4" version. I was actually able to come close with this custom using the Hasbro German motorcycle and a sidecar from a Marauder Toys bike (which matched up with the Hasbro bikequite nicely). It's not 100% screen accurate, but fits in well with the Hasbro line all the same:

Its like $200 and I bought one, it came as is in a brown box.

Needless to say it was destroyed and in pieces. Its about 15 pounds so it cost me $40 to ship it back and get a refund. Totally not worth it.

I made the same little custom myself. Turned out pretty good!

Please let us know how it goes!
Thanks!

Sal

So today i got my bike! - And truthfully it was not packed so well.^^:horror
but fortunately it arrived in one piece, …cause it's made of solid metal!!!

All peaces like the saddle metal boxes, the gas canister, the spare tyre cover are removable to recreate the look of the movie prop.
The light is working, and the bike has the same numberplate (WH-38475) as the movie prop.

Its truly a piece of art. I love it!!!!!:yess:

Now that I got Sr. on its way, I need to grab me one of these bikes and mod my KOTCS Indy into a LC Indy. Any place we can get these other than ebay?

I could not resist - I bought another toymodelsnet metal bike (zündapp single version) for the motorcyclechase and a toymodelsnet metal DAK Kübelwagen Typ 82. They're not cheap but if you really want one it seems like the only way...^^

Here are my TLC bikes. Sorry for the pics, which I snapped off directly "from the shelf." I'm planning an outdoor photo shoot with a better camera and a nice location where there's a trail and foliage combination that resembles the landscape from the bike chase scene. The 2 bikes are 21C, which I heavily modified to look like the Dnepr and Honda bikes that were made to look German, most notably on the fenders and the forks of the pursuit bike. I took some liberty with the stowage on the pursuit bike and limited my customization at the "resemblance" level, since the original bikes themselves were mimicking something altogether different.
