Sad to see this thread drop to page 2. I guess we've done everything now?

Well I placed a repainted SSC Adventure Indy head on my Tanis disguise bash and though I'd put a few pics up.

So this is the hat head version, repainted by myself, and used sans hat.

Nice job,

I've still to finish mine, so, there will at least be one more Indy to grace these pages.

Don't hold your breath though....

How long has yours been in development? I'm gonna venture a guess and say upwards of 6 years.

:thud:

LOL! About that yeah, I hadn't even joined OSW when I first made one.

I think all the parts we're ever going to get are done now, so one day I will get round to him. There are other projects I get sidetracked with that take more time than I think they will.

Never say never though...

Thanks guys.
Anyone ever come across a 1/6 Surveyor's transit, or am I going to have to make one myself?

Just received the Mfisher gunbelt, holster, bag strap and whip today. I am super happy with my Indy now. Looks so much better. Thanks Mfisher:wave

Here is a pic.:yess:

Looks excellent. You do exceptionally well futzing the Tanis stuff. I remember when you had it on the DX05. You snapped a couple shots of him with the rope and a little shovel.

Get to it!!! Seriously, it's been far too long. :lol At least paint the damn head.

Cotswold Collectibles has the 40th Action Man one on their website.

Not sure, you could always check if DML put one in a box set.

Thanks for the tips, managed to get an Action Man Theodolite loose from ebay. Looks good so far and very similar to the one on screen. Will have to take a look at the paint o it as well as update the tripod, but makes a good starting point.

Thanks Fiend, it's a very frustrating exercise though.

Wow Gavin! Looks great! :clap
You've probably been asked this before but where did you get that awesome rope and shovel from your last pic?

Hey thanks H!

The shovel is a DiD one picked up loose from ebay years ago, can't recall the set it originated from sadly. The 'rope' is piping cord from a fabric/haberdashers, given a dirty wash.

That does look great Hector, the water futz is something I should get round to doing.

Thanks man. You always set the bar. That's why I keep you around. :1-1:

:lol
JK! I actually water treated the clothes some time ago. Just never felt the need to share it. THEN the rope came along and changed everything. :lol Definitely recommend it.
