They used buckets of the stuff in the Indy movies and in all the old Universal horror movies. If you want gear to look worn and faded, this is the go to solution.

Was cleaning out my Batcave/Android's Dungeon/Raiders Warehouse today and stumbled across this forgotten treasure from about a decade ago. It was the closest thing we had to a 12" Indy figure back in the "dark times", and would have been great for customizing.

Reminds me of the Action Man James Bond series too, if anyone remembers that one.

(I know, I know ... you're gonna tell me the sculpt is better than Hot Toys'! :wink1:)

I believe mindfreak did one. I don't remember if that is his actual user name though.

Anyone know where to find the mini-buttons to replace the ones used by Kato on his shirts? DiD perhaps? Finding buttons in the right scale is tough. Thanks!

He uses his own button which is smooth surface. Shortround's custom utilized a more detailed button on his shirt. I'm trying to find those buttons. I just sent an PM to Shortround, hopefully he'll answer it.

Wow! I had no idea that even existed! As critical as we are about Sideshow's Indy and even HT Indy's (terrible) sculpt, we should never forget what the alternatives were, especially the atrocious Hasbro 12" ones that came out with KotCS.

But yeah, I probably would have been all over that if I knew about it!

Thanks for posting, Prime Clone!

thanks man, used an art figures head and body, sideshow hat, glasses, suit and shoes, random shirt, did churchill tie and wild toys umbrella.
