1/6 Indy Customizations: Image Thread

So now that we have a few more companies making 1/6 bodies, can anyone recommend a good replacement for the stock HT body? I would like something with a fixed neck but otherwise better articulation. I remember the Ezio was the go-to body when Indy was first released. Anything since then?

Haven't seen anything better than Ezio, but it's practically impossible to get one.

Nah mate, Raiders jacket was almost black. Very very dark chocolate in colour. Even in the bright wash of sunlight seen below in the promo pic it's dark brown. Some of them did appear a bit lighter when covered in sand/battered, but its still very dark choc/black/brown. In certain dark interior light it got a more blueish tinge (what is it with Ford and blue/brown outer wear? ) The Sovereign is by far the most accurate (that i've seen anyway) and even that is a little too grey/black.

The initial leather colour was indeed dark as the pics show, but, I've seen film and pics of them after temples and truck chases and very little of that initial colour remained. For a real Indy look, yes, you need a dark coloured leather, but, then you weather the heck out of it.

They're not out yet but they definitely look promising. One is Slim height, the other is TT height.

Yeah, they look promising all right. Shoulder slope is good.

As stated before, TTM19 with the narrow shoulder arms is the best body to go with for Indy. Easy mod, and it looks perfect!

That said, the Coomodel bodies appear to be of modular construction and it looks like you can swap out arms and legs at will. I'm sure more details will emerge. The post I got the pics from was from OSW, which seems to be experiencing technical problems right this minute.

I don't know about that man, both look good, I have one on the TTM19 (with narrow shoulders) and one on an Ezio body. The Ezio body wins IMO. Chest and shoulder area is a bit too bulky and muscular on the TTM19 IMO, and I don't like the neck, having said that it is by far the easiest and cheapest option right now.

Great jacket Marf. I have his last one which is wonderful (but too big for HT), he is an amazing artist.
Shouldn't this one (Raiders) be a lot darker though? Almost grey/brown/black?



Still think the sovereign jacket looks better (which you sold me as far as I can remember).
If he had used a different leather for this it would have been perfect.

Yeah you're right, it should definitely be darker. I actually have some ideas on how to go about darkening it, I'll post pics if it pans out!

I'm using a Banner body on my Indy and I think it's great!

What about the Nathan Drake body? I was considering that one. If I could find one, that is!

The Drake seems to match up well but you really only need to see the upper chest and neck for Indy.

I'd probably stay away from Drake... it's super dark. Good design, but a tad darker than even the Wolverine body.

So how do you remove the rubber torso on the ttm19 to replace the arms?

^ You make a slit at the seam on one side.

Fast forward to 4:53 here. Maglor shows it for Bane, its the same for any HT body making use of a rubber torso.
