They're the original ears.

That's looking good. I always wanted to find those type of gloves for indy. Where did you get them and your using bendy hands?

Here's the ones I bought. And no, not bendy hands, as they look a bit weird and rarely stay bent where you want them bent!! The gloves were just slowly worked onto the posed hands, which was pretty tricky to be honest!!!

I only shaved the sculpt down to just above the ears.

Ah ok that's actually pretty cool, yeah tell me about it. They don't work at all how they should. Thanks for giving me an idea. Might get those and see what i can make.
