He is a mixture of just about everything:

Kato jacket and shirt

Mike Fisher whip, holster and gun-belt

V1 headscuplt (I think)

Sideshow TOD body and boots

Needs better pants and better eyebrows ...

Looks good. I'm trying to decide which shirt to use for mine. Im thinking of going with the SS KS version with a tie.

Nice TLC figure, FastStreets. Looks great. I’m really liking that TOD body more and more, especially when jacket is involved.

Solo body is nice but the thick, solid neck doesn’t have any give for head articulation.

My opinion everyone, so please don’t fillet me too much.

As we have all seen in the behind the scenes footage for TOD, Harrison underwent a very strenuous and rigorous body reshaping for the film. Hence, the Han Solo Hot Toys body is perfect for a Raiders figure. The Sideshow TOD body, is perfect for obviously TEMPLE OF DOOM, but in my humble opinion, LAST CRUSADE also.

I really like this thread a lot, people doing a lot of creative things, can’t wait to see more of everybody’s current and forth coming projects [emoji1303]

This board is great. I have picked up tons of ideas for my custom figures so far and hopefully I will pick up more in future too.

I just use the same ZC Toys muscular body on all my Indy figures but have noticed in terms of the face it is a bit fatter in the Last Crusade compared to Raiders and Temple and you can see the hair is starting to grey just a bit.

Does anyone know what kind of body I would need to start making a 1/6 custom Short Round?

Asmus made a good youth sized body for their "Laura" from "Logan" set.

I have always thought Cairo Indy is one of the toughest Indy looks to achieve, together with TOD.

In my mind, whenever I hear Cairo and Indy, this image comes to my mind.

that looks great. I especially like the proportions and overall LC feel you achieved. Congratulations!

PS: What about the tie? is it a standard DID black tie?

I totally agree with this opinion on Harrison Ford based figures and bodies.

It is a pity however that the Sideshow TOD Indy body does not have double jointed elbows. I want to replace the arms in order to have more articulation, and since I am using it in my LC custom, I will not need the hair detail on the forearms to be shown.

Here is an old pic of my LC Indy custom.

I need to work on the jacket, and also that tie and the shirt needs to be better futzed. I just wanted to replace the arms too.

Thank you, it’s not though.

Yes, I believe that it is the DID tie

Yours is pretty excellent. I like the sculpt plus the Hot Toys Indy hat, looks very LC.

If I may be so bold, while you’re watching TV or whatever, I would sit there and just pull on the jacket, stretch it a little stretch it just a little bit (between your thumb and pointer finger), I’ve done that with all of my jackets, of course be careful not to tear it, but it is possible to make them slightly bigger, it just takes a lot of time (like I have slowly worked on one of my jackets previously over a period of several days). Then pull the jacket on the Indiana Jones figure, and pull it forward, over the body, you’re basically trying to stretch the shoulder and collar area a bit so it will hang down the front more naturally per se[emoji1303]

thanks for the tip. I will try to do something like that.

Like that 1/6th scale web belt went for $94. a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been thinking about that, if you put 9 belts over Kato’s forth coming jacket, like trying to cover it bottom to top, you couldn’t, you’d need more, plus the sleeves and the front.

My point is, we are not even talking about quality of design yet, or the incredible stitching, genuine respect for the original source material, care for result of final product, his work is worth more than 9 (rounding up) $94. dollar web belts, a lot more.

Any of the artists here have the right to express themselves in their work and to be paid what the market bares.

I don’t think people get that he like meticulously hand cuts his stuff:

Cant wait to see the final result.

And looking forward to seeing all of the work of all of the artists on here.

The HT hat seems to work really well as a Last Crusade hat. I'm still not sure if anyone has truly done a real Raiders hat yet. Inigo's are close from some angles, but not so much from others.

I'm making a Cairo Indy out of the Horizon kit and Trev's SSC head, don't hold your breath though....
