Thanks bro, I always go with Mike too, he made me a raiders kit but I haven't gotten a response from him, and I want to get my figures done, Thanks again do you have any information of how contacting time meddler

Hey bud! I can probably rustle you up a belt & whip, if you need them. Not Mike quality, but not too shabby either.

Drop me a PM to discuss.

Cheers,
Pete

Hello timemeddler, i was wondering if you still make whips and belts? im looking for whips, belt and straps

Sorry about the communication delays folks.. haven't been checking here much.. as stated by others above - I have just been covered up with work and personal life so that I have not been doing much hobby stuff at all as of late. Trying to wrap up a custom order for a collector in Australia now and it has just taken much longer than I'd like. This all goes back to the fact that hobby time to build these gear sets is very limited. I am very likely not going to be taking orders for a while once I get this one order wrapped up and shipped. At this point I will possibly only entertain the idea of me sitting at the desk and cranking out a few pieces of gear then selling them outright on a first come first served basis.. may do, say, a run of a dozen bag straps one weekend and offer them up.. then maybe a run of a dozen whips some other day.. point being.. I just don't have a lot of time for gear and I don't like taking an order - to include payment - and its taking me up to 6 weeks to get them out... that makes me very uncomfortable with that long of a turn around time after taking payment..
On that note though - as I am a bit burnt out with hobby stuff after about 10 years of building this stuff.. I do have some 1/6 , 1/4 , and 1/1 Indy stuff I may be selling off.. a few PF's, 1/1 idol and Kali chalice.. some cool 1/1 props, and even a custom figure or two along with some unfinished Indy customs.. PM if interested..

I had pm'd you a number of months ago about a whip. Hopefully, if you do a run, I'll be in here at just the right time to get one.

Do you have any pictures of your whips and belts Timemeddler?

Had another go at the holster. Still a WIP, but I’m liking it a bit more. I looked at this as a final prototype so I spent a little more time on it. 78D967CF-0E18-4A17-89CD-7AF0749D5124.jpgFD28F401-5696-4DDD-B27E-72EEFFB9F1CB.jpg

I used some for extra reinforcement. Just to prevent the stitching from coming undone. Using just fabri-tac, is something that I am more than willing to do. It beats punching tiny holes in the leather with a chisel and sewing it up for sure. haha i was debating the stitching, but I thought the process and look of the stitching would be appreciated as well as desired. Certainly adds more love to it.

Got a little bored waiting for the eventual release of the IRIS Raiders set so I made a TLC Indy with spare parts:

Looking good. What shirt and tie are you using? And is the tie and the mp-40 really the only extra accessories to make a TLC Indy? With the upcoming Inigo head I'm tempted to put a TLC Indy together.

Thanks, I could make it more accurate if I really wanted to but this works for me. The shirt is a re-dyed HT, the tie I bought loose somewhere along the way. The tie and MP-40 definitely go along way in making it more LC. However, also take note of the khaki colored web belt and the leather keeper on the gun belt. If I really wanted to go all the way, a new holster for the Webley along with adding the snaps to the jacket storm flap would make it even more accurate.

@Timemeddler

Thanks for posting the images. They look great. I made some of my own belts and used magnets but I have been thinking about changing it.

@The Rogster

The holster looks really worn and battered. Perfect for Indy.

There are a few variations for a Last Crusade Indy. I have mine with the machine gun in his right hand with the Holy Grail in his left. I was thinking of making one where he has his Dad's bag in both his hands pressed to the chest with his hat tipped up.

I have been painting some of my Sideshow heads for some new custom Indy figures. I put the sculpts in the oven, to get them soft, and then bent the noses on them. I also added some Super Sculpey to the Sideshow hats to make them taller. I am really happy with how they have turned out.
