Well, if these were all shipped out by September 18th as mentioned in a previous post, then mine is definitely lost in the mail somewhere. I did not receive a reply to either of my PMs and I understand that you are busy, but could you please let us all know if you kept track of who you sent the pieces to and if there is any tracking info?

I'm in the same boat. I still haven't received mine and PMs aren't answered. It's a little odd that there are now three people with missing packages that are lost in the mail? What's up Ryan?
 
Hey Ryan, I've shot you 2 unanswered PMs so far, on the 9/28 and 10/16 in case they got deleted by mistake, about tracking information if you have it. Its been 4 weeks since you mailed them out and I'd really like to try and track mine down.
I understand your busy, but the longer this goes on the less likely the PO is going to be to help me.
 
Now that this thread has been unlocked (thanks Dave :rolleyes:)

I received my Mace head recently, part of the reason it took so long is that the writing on the outside of the package was completely smeared and hardly legible. It was a miracle the thing ever came to my doorstep at all.
So that may be the reason some of you guys haven't gotten their heads yet.
Here's the way it arrived to me, I edited out the little bit that was legible:

Thats my concern. I'm hoping I can go to the post office and find it in the bin of undeliverable mail, but I need some information first.
 
Fortunately my address was written with a ball point pen and received over a month ago...that is amazing that made it to you smeared like that...Shame for both parties to have to go through the longer wait and for Ryan to have to shell out replacements
 
Thanks for posting that detailed picture metal. It was a big mix up on my part (I see now why those bubble envelopes were on clearance) This was not cool for people that have had to wait but I am taking care of it. I went ahead and cast up replacements so as of today if you havent received yours shoot me a PM and I will send out a replacement. Please let me know the Paypal name as well so I can match it up. Also I am adding Delivery Confirmation to each one this time so each person will get the DC number NO LATER than Monday afternoon. This is the only way I know to fix this mess for you guys and you can be assured you will be taken care of. I hope this is ok for everyone and at least will be corrected in the future.
