What would HT charge for Mr J? Assuming it actually came with 3 sculpts. (as if lol)
Back in the day, didn’t Hot Toys used to offer more sculpts in the box?

These days, it seems to be more mouth plate or hair piece swaps on the same sculpt.

Good couple of days 👍

Did you import Padme straight from Asia (Batch 1)?

I’m not expecting mine for several months in the U.S., went through a traditional retailer here.

Who would’ve thought we’d have this in our collection, much less with the 3 sculpts and tailored and sculpted so well, and under $200. Amazing.

Oh man, I love your poses. Looks like a straight up gangster and those bases are so classy with the Joker logo on the plaque.

Alright, I just spent a couple of hours taking my Jokers down, water treating clothes, heating up hands, taking off heads and choosing accessories.

Didn’t break anything thankfully, but taking off ANYTHING on the DX08 had me sweating bullets. I thought for sure his head was going to crack. I forgot how annoying the white arm sleeves are and what a bitch those rigid hands can be. They’re a complete nightmare. Hot Toys’ body is awful compared to the MARS one believe it or not. There are fantastic ratchets in the knees on the MARS whereas the TrueType is super loose and wobbly at the knees. I forgot how nicely I futzed my DX08’s 12 years ago, so I really don’t want to be pulling apart waist coats and ties.

I tried to test fit the beret museum heads on the DX08, but it’s an extremely tight fit. I’m going to wait to heat them up with hot water before I even try it, Once they’re on, they’re never coming back off I fear. So I’m waiting until I get the Dino ties. Once they become museum Joker, I’m not messing with them ever again. I’m going to choose unique, scene specific poses for each one utilizing hands and accessories, then I’m leaving them like that. I don’t think those TrueType bodies can take even the slightest interchanges unfortunately.

One of those trench coat parade Jokers is becoming a museum Joker. Dunno if I should leave one with the trench coat closed, or open. If I go with the unbuttoned, I gotta give him the long barrel pistol, if I go with the closed trench, I’m thinking the gas mask and radio. The “boo museum laughing” is getting the jazz hands, I wish I had fists.

That's a lot of Joker's!

Yeah there’s a guy here in the uk who has figures like a day after they come out, check out DP Toys Collectibles on Facebook

That's an incredible army of Jokers. No wonder you need the green shirt... and smoking jacket... and Jack Napier.

I love the Parade Jokers -- now I can see which way I want to go with mine -- open or closed.

I totally agree with the above choices in accessories depending on open or closed. I was also thinking jazz hands for melty face, as they convey the 'Boo' part well just before he made fists.

But what do you do with 3 mob boss figures? I love the jacket off one -- kind of like "mano-y-mano" Jack.

Dang, @DiFabio. Makes me regret selling off my 4th Joker now. And three Mob Jokers! I stopped at two but now I’m curious to see how you’ll be displaying three of them.

I’m probably going to part out and sell the third one and maybe get someone to paint the laughing head and smeared head into clown versions.

This is an idea, but too lazy to find a white pinstripe shirt, sweater vest and black gloved hands.

Is the original Mars Toys Joker still available at retail anywhere? Think I need another to display the museum look full time.

You know you want the initial shot-face Napier... before his fall.

OH! The guy forgot one! One I want!

The "You see what I have to work with" Joker -- the mummy-wrap Joker! Post-surgery Joker! With a broken hand-mirror!

Those beautiful, beautiful stains and burned gloves with green nails showing!

I have to reiterate all the praise this figure is getting. Even with its shortcomings it's a fantastic figure. I don't think the pictures do it complete justice. Mars, if they continue, with this kind of effort, man oh man, I'm in trouble. The fact that Kit supports them means I'm in on the support. I hope the '66 line continues the trend.
