I sent an email to the J&N project email address. Basically I just replied to the 'Thank you' email. Is there a better email to use?

I got reply today by Hong Moon, the painter and said I was next. She (?) told me they were pretty busy and stuff, so you guys might want to email them.

I ordered an unpainted sculpt.

I just got an email back, basically saying that they've been shipping them out as they get finished, and I'll have mine by the end of the month. They also apologized for the late response.

Honestly, considering I emailed them less than 24 hours ago, I was actually impressed with the response time.
