OK, I'm swinging this thread back around. Here's some water treatment pics for those who may fear the technique.

I gave him a little "ponch" and soaked the outfit with a spray bottle and shaped it. Here's the before and after:

Another angle to see the "ponch" I added on him... and the robe in water treatment mode, now drying after being shaped:

I know, they're not as exciting as the nudie shots.

Water has never hurt any of my leather belts...and I've gotten them all wet one way or the other.

I use a spray bottle for water placement where I need it. The robe isn't sopping, just wet where I want it to hold a shape. I rarely dunk clothing into water anymore. The space-age technology of a spray bottle is far superior. It is the future of futzing.

It really does make an incredible difference...

Recipe is simple: fold a paper towel up into a square; place under shirt on stomach and shape; use belt to hold in place and pull the tunic and tabbards up a bit so they hang just a little. BAM -- instant "ponch".

The water treatment works well for an almost instant effect, but I just fiddle around with the robes on my figs until they look right...It takes a LONG time, but it works for those who don't want to soak their figs...
