Sorry if I missed something, by "material" you guys are referring to fabric, vinyl, or just soft goods in general vs. molded plastic?

Something that's not molded plastic... I don't recall this every being announced by Sideshow, but some here are indicating that change is supposed to happen.

From what I saw it was going to be vinyl material. I jusr spoke to SS and they are not sure what it is made of or if any changes have been made. I'll try to find the Q & A that I saw they were changing the face mask.

Why they changing it? Someone did a comaprison pic of the figure vs movie still and I'm sure it looked awesome?

What I remember is that they were concerned it might limit head motion.

That and if you have more than one... having both with the exact same folds and wrinkles in the mask will look bad.

I know I shouldn't wish for this, but I wish they had a few extra clones inbetween Bossk and Snowtrooper, just so I wouldn't have to buy 2 must have figures in such a close time frame I hope the probot is a long way off!!!

No, I agree in a way, Mort. We only get a few OT figures a year. How many did we get in 2012? IG-88, Boba, HT Luke and a Tusken Raider? Bossk and the Snowtrooper are the only SW figures I even have on PO ATM...
