1/6 Snowtrooper "soon"?

They did say that they have "even bigger" environments planned than the ones already released. Carbon freezing chamber perhaps?

So how would they do that? It'd be limited to those who bought the Carbo Han environment for Jabba's Palace unless they're going to do a duplicate block - which would piss off a BUNCH of people.

They wouldn't have to include a Carbonite Han. Just make a section of floor with stairs going up in the back to stand all the figures either right before ("What if he doesn't survive, he's worth a lot to me....") or after ("The Force is with you young Skywalker...but you are not a Jedi yet,") Han gets frozen.

People who already have the Carbonite just get an extra display bonus.

Yeah, Cantina environment seemed like it was being hinted at. But that could also just be a smaller scale diorama piece, instead of a 1/6 version.

And honestly, I'd have no real interest in a 1/6 Cantina dio. Just not something I think I'd dedicate the space for.

It’s almost the 30th anniversary…I would love to see a Snowtrooper…so many possibilities…with cloth skirt, or with the Hoth firing cannon. A: The Snowtrooper is definitely getting some due recognition very soon, although we’re currently developing them in a scale smaller that 1:4. Yes, Hammerhead is going to happen, and we think you’ll like what we have planned for the Cantina in general.

And when they answered it, thet were apologetic about the Snowtrooper being a smaller scale (could be 1:6 or diorama) and they said they thought a premium format lover would be happy with what was going to happen with "the cantina in general". A Han & Greedo at the table would be an interesting 2-part release (with each being separate) but I don't necessarily know if I'd drop $300 on a Greedo PF.

I wish I could do the PFs. Because a cantina connect-the-pfs would be very cool. But that stuff is just too big for my display space.

I am thinking that PFs of the patrons standing around the bar would be cool...or at least a few of them. That would get large quickly!

Again though, at $300 a pop are you in for everyone needed to complete the display?

I'm just hoping we get a 1/6 scale Snow Trooper soon...

The Hasbro was good for it's time, but I'd love to see a Sideshow upgrade.

C'mon Sideshow! Half the country is currently experiencing Hoth-like conditions, the 30th Anniversary of ESB is almost upon us...the timing is right for some Hoth-related announcements!
