1/6 SSC Snake Plissken Figure

This is very exciting. If Sideshow starts putting out figures from cult movies at this quality level, I'm going to be a very happy man. I'm thinking The Thing, They Live, Mad Max, etc. Maybe they could even revisit some of their old licenses like Highlander, New Line horror and Army of Darkness. Perhaps we'll get a proper Medievel Kurgan one day after all.

Nail meet head. My thoughts exactly. I got out of Hot Toys, it was just getting bland for me. I do want Ada Wong though.

That was really out of nowhere, wasn't it? Can't wait to see more. Funny how this is hitting about when Fright-Rags is going to be offering a shirt of the same property. Was there some sort of Escape license free for all lately?

Nice announcement. I'll be picking this up. Hopefully SS is stepping up its 1/6 game. I'm sure they've been watching HT making money hand over fist and getting $200+ per figure. They should apply this level of quality to the licenses they still have. I can only imagine how great it would have been to have LotR look this nice rather than a step above toys. I have not been impressed with their bobble head like DC 1/6 thus far. If SS loses the SW license to HT they will be in a world of hurt in 1/6.

So true. Hot Toys MGS doesn't even exist to me anymore. John's MGS 2 custom and this are probably two of the most awesome things in 1/6 that I've seen.

Good Lord, I can't stop saying awesome. I need to take a cold shower...
