Someone asked about future figures in the INDY 1:6 line during the Q&A at Sideshow's SDCC panel and Brant specifically mentioned 1:6 TOD Indy, Mola Ram, Short Round, "and something even cooler". (That could've been the Mine Car Environment he previously mentioned in Chat... or it could be something else entirely)

Well, I would definitely buy TOD Indy - not so sure about Short Round - guess it would depend on his accessories and price. And, I haven't bought any of the Indy villians so far - I wanted the robed Beloq and those glasses on Toht made me cancel my pre-order. However, a great Mola Ram could make me want to go back and get the other two villians. It's a slippery slope indeed

You canceled Toht over the glasses it's your loss. He's one of the best figures of the line besides Henry. There are much better glasses out there to replace them with.

I'll take all 3 figures and the mine car to go.

Obviously, I hope they make more (Map Room Indy, Sallah, Marion, etc). But I'll be content with the line after TOD Indy, Mola Ram, and Short Round.

Good. But give me a day or two to dig through my notes and transcribe stuff. I'm literally running on empty... flew back on the red eye last night, landed in ATL at 6AM, and came straight to work.

Maybe I over-simplified my answer. I originally had the Toth with Ark pre-ordered. When I saw how badly that was going (and that is just my opinion, but the Hasbro Mail Away version is better than Sideshows attempt ... that's sad). I intended to pick up just Toth, but the glasses made me hesistate and when they said the 12" line was on hold (which normally means canceled in Sideshow-ese), I decided to stick with Henry Jones, two Raiders (one with hat and coat, one with hatless sculpt and no coat) and the TOCS Indy. But, if they actually start putting these out again, I will pick up some of the ones I skipped ... well, except for giant headed German Indy

I am in for all three and anything else of course. I already have a Mola Ram...well I am SUPPOSE to have a Mola Ram but I will take what I can get.

Maybe they will make Willie with the mine cart as an accessory. I remember reading somewhere that they were big fans of Willie at Sideshow.

Was in one of their videos they mentioned that there were Willie fans at SDCC.

SSC is unbelievable at times. They obsessively focus on fantasy women in the Marvel and Star Wars EU lines, to the detriment of delivering major characters, but then act like Marion Ravenwood and Willie Scott are just some ____ing, invisible background characters in Indy.

It is almost a parody of the fanbody nerd who cannot relate to real women.

You can't really lay the blame at Sideshow for that, though. The fanboy horndogs buy up said Marvel Women and Star Wars EU Women statues in droves. It's smart commerce, even if it's annoying at times.

Just spotted this thread after posting in the "Indy line paused" thread.

This is definitely great news. All three are must-haves and the cart should be a well.

Just license the HT Wolverine body and get going on these!

They could license the body used with Sarah Connor for Marion and Willie.

HT gets Caucasian skin too dark on a consistent basis, but the rest of their work is done for them by a company with whom they have an existing relationship.
