Yeah, I'm actually not really sure I'll ever display the sculpts with the hair. Not doing much for me.

Both HT and SS portraits are average IMO.

You can improve either with a repaint, IMO. My HT Bespin Luke looks like he's wearing dark lipstick.

Yeah, both Han and Luke are pretty dark complected... although it's pretty much in line with the skin tones HT currently uses and a lot better than the beige tones Sideshow used on the earlier Pro figures like Indy.

Yeah, there seems to be a trend where the skintone gets darker every year. It worked up to a point as the realism increased, but Han and Luke are a shade too dark. I have them next to HT and DID sculpts and those are a little lighter and redder in complexion. The problem with apps this dark is it makes it harder to pose next to older figs, which have the too-light complexion look, even if they have decent apps.

Yeah, the unhatted heads are really great. I have an amazing new Bespin Han which cost me nothing, and I'm waiting on an extra Luke belt to complete my new Luke Bespin using the SSC head. It looks terrific on the HT outfit. I had this extra HT Bespin clean outfit and boots sitting around forever without any plan (bought because they cost about $10 shipped for the whole set) and boom - in comes this head. Really excited.

I just put the ssc sculpt on my hot toys bespin luke to see how it looks. it looks better then the hot toys sculpt so im going to leave it on there until I can find some extra clothing for it some day

Such a shame the eyes were not like this on the other heads. These look pretty good.

If I'm not mistaken isn't that a screen capture from the extra behind the scenes footage from the 20th anniversary, when they were talking about filming behind the hotel and Mark Hamill just jumped into the snow real quick because it was like 20 below! I could be mistaken but that's what it looks like to me.

Yeah, that set-up has become my new non-BD Luke Bespin. Even though it's not quite as good finish-wise, it just seems to have more Luke "vibe" and likeness than the HT head and it works amazingly well on the HT gear. The only issue I've found is that due to the hair overhang at the back of the slim/narrow neck, the collar is hard to get right. It can be tucked between the hair and back of neck, but it's tough.

yes I also add the hot toys eye roll system in there. it can move to the right and sometimes up and down im still working on it
