I just checked their policies and they cannot reduce the value for tax reasons. It will likely be easier to go through 1000Toys. They always get through no problem.

1000toys will declare as full value just like they have been doing since they shifted to Japan factory.

They never do. I have gotten every figure from them with no extra charges.

Ooh thanks for the heads up on Hobby Galaxy. I was tempted but not $300+ tempted, $240 seems far more reasonable.

They use DHL but on the package they declared full value since the Anti Carb era. prolly it just went pass customs without hassle on your side. i paid 2 times for my purchases with 1000toys so far DHL handled it i paid the duties + handling fee.

Mint ones show up on Mandarake and Jungle for about that price, although admittedly it's a once-in-a-blue-moon thing. Does it look fixable?
