It's an amazing figure. I wonder how the body is made for the armor? The armor is made well you have to agree, and it's strong--same material as what Lego is made out of and that stuff lasts forever.

I can already see them weathered beyond compare already! DA Josh will have five lined up on his table within a week of arrivals, with more wear and tear, and bandanas and bleeding, and whatever else makes him look cool, than any figure before or since!
A customizer's dream figure!

WOW....I wake up and see this? Excellent!!! I can't wait to order it and display it proudly on the shelf.
I can't get the backstage video to work but it looks designed by the first CW series and not the newer one where the Obi-Wan in Armor looks more like this:
but the sculpt is perfect and the armor is amazing.
Mix of cloth and armor? Vader is on the horizon....
Face sculpt done by Trevor mixed with armor? Aren't there two other sculpts done by Trevor where they could use them on top of some armor from the OT???? Bring them on!

This does throw that door wide open for the armored characters from Sideshow...and while this particular choice surprised me, I am glad to see them enter the "armor" fray with a character that hasn't already been done by another company recently.
Having said that, I'm in agreement with bcm77...I am really excited abut the prospect of Jango Fett from Sideshow with a knock-out likeness from one of their great artists (hey Trev...you busy?

The area with the neck seal looks longer than has been shown on other Armored figures from other companies I wonder if that was done specifically the give extra room for a neck adapter or if Kenobi's actually looked like that?
Wow... I logged on this morning to see that the 1:6 world had exploded and everything has been turned upside-down.
With the announcement of this figure Sideshow has PROVEN when most of us knew all along...
